Your wedding is one of the most important events in your life. A day that is about you...not about your officiant. Your wedding should reflect your personalities, your lives, your dreams, as well as your love and commitment to one another. It should not be what your officiant presumes in a one-size-fits-all, insert-name-here routine ceremony.
Because your wedding is so important, it should be celebrated with an officiant who wants to help you create a wedding that is truly your own. Your officiant should have extensive resources and make them available to you. He should also have the experience of performing hundreds of weddings...not a handful.
Our goal is to help you plan a ceremony that provides moments of love, laughter and spirituality, while letting your personalities shine though. We achieve this by providing you with the resources you need to have the wedding of your dreams. But don't take our word for it - couples say it best!

Our Service to You Includes

A face-to-face conference
After you inquire to check Rev. Frye's availability for your wedding date, we will be happy to schedule a free "no obligation" conference with you. He will arrange to meet you at a convenient location. This allows an opportunity to meet and share information, along with your expectations for your wedding celebration.
If you decide to reserve your wedding at the initial conference, you will be given a folder to help organize your wedding service. Along with other valuable information, the folder contains many pages of helpful information, as well as details about personalizing your ceremony and a variety of outline examples.
If you wish, you may also request to reserve your wedding online.
Wedding ceremony planning
Every Service Ministries ceremony is unique. You may be as involved in the design of your ceremony as you desire. We offer a variety of ceremony outlines, a multitude of elements, and assistance to help you plan the words you wish to share during your wedding ceremony. Many of our resources are exclusive to Service Ministries. We will discuss these resources in more detail during your initial conference.
Prior to your ceremony, you will receive a copy of the complete wording of your ceremony for your approval. Your final approved copy may be used as a keepsake.
Your ceremony will be heartfelt and meaningful, remaining a wonderful memory forever.
Your rehearsal
If you hold a rehearsal your officiant will be there if his schedule allows. There are only rare instances when we are required to reserve one of our very experienced wedding coordinators to assist at your rehearsal.

Your wedding day
This most important day is full of activity. When Rev. Frye arrives he helps you to feel relaxed and assured that your wedding will be beautiful. He will arrive early, allowing plenty of time for any last-minute instructions. He meets with both the bride and the groom. If needed, he also reviews any necessary details of your ceremony with your wedding party, readers, musicians and others involved in the ceremony.
Your Certificate of Marriage
The responsibility of your officiant does not end with the declaration of marriage. Rev. Frye will submit your completed county marriage license in a timely manner.
Rev. Frye will also present you with a Certificate of Marriage in a keepsake form, professionally printed and displayed in a presentation folder. This certificate will be signed by him and two witnesses of your choosing. Your keepsake Certificate of Marriage will be presented to you on your wedding day.
